To create a complete air shock, we meticulously gather the necessary components. These include the air shock head (available in metal, aluminum, or plastic), air shock piston (metal, aluminum, or plastic), rubber bladder (rubber sleeve), steel ring (steel clamp), shock absorber core, inside buffer, strut mount, and O-ring. Prior to assembly, we ensure that each raw material meets our strict requirements in terms of size and quality. This attention to detail guarantees the integrity and performance of our air shocks.
After the raw materials ready, start to crimp the whole air spring bag with crimping machine.
After finish crimping air spring bag, we come to assemble the shock absorber core together with air spring bag.
After assemble the whole air shock, check the quality of air suspension shock on a custimized stand simulating a car at a pressure of 8-18 bars

We give 12 months warranty for our air shock/air strut, if any part problem during this period, you take us a video and explain the problem, after the confirmation with our engineers, we can supply the replacement directly.
